With a deep understanding of urban needs, rooted in thoughtful living, the group envisioned Merlin Avana, a zen nest, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
To create a buzz around this, Merlin wanted a refreshing print campaign that would capture the essence of living close to nature, while highlighting modern amenities and ultra-luxe living.
The big idea? Move closer to nature. Illustrating a life where the only music one will want on loop is birdsong, and the only calm one can wish for is simply sitting by the lotus pond. Using a soft watercolour-style, we brought their amenities to life in a way that echoed nature’s soft beauty and life around it.
This refreshing illustration style, marrying nature & modern amenities, presented itself uniquely, while breaking away from traditional real estate communication.
